Nintendo spoils a great commercial

Clean it good! I recently read that Nintendo changed a commercial they maid for Mario’s 25th anniversary. I looked up the videos and noticed the difference.  The first video is the original video that shows this kid come home, turn on his old tv and change it to channel 3.  He then blows on the cartridge , pops it in, and starts playing.  I loved this commercial! It turns out …

Mini Arcades

In the spirit of procrastination I decided to post about a mini arcade I found.  I’m not sure if this is old news, but it’s interesting.  This guy built mini arcades using a turbo grafx 16 and a sega genesis.  He used these mini ps1 portable screens, a retro arcade stick you hook up to a tv, and old systems.  They came out pretty nice! The post is in Spanish, …

In the picture you can see one of my friends playing pac man.  He took me to this bar, full of hipsters, table …

Metroid Fan Comic

I recently found this comic and really enjoyed the art.  I was surprised how well some of the later images were illustrated.  The story is a little odd, and the writing needs a bit of work, but the art is top notch! Some nsfw illustrations, but overall it’s fine.  For those of you not used to reading manga, remember you read from right to left then move down. I remember …
