Retrom v0.8.0 has been released, enhancing centralized game library management with a focus on emulation. Key features include hosting a cloud game library, automatic scanning for games, and multi-platform support (Windows, MacOS, Linux). Users can manage emulator profiles across devices and access libraries via a web client. A significant update is the introduction of cloud saves for standalone emulators, allowing save data synchronization across clients. However, cross-syncing between built-in and standalone emulators is not yet supported. Users are advised to report any issues on GitHub, ensuring all clients and servers are updated to the same version.
