For Windows 7 and newer, download SetupRomProperties-2.7.exe. (Inno Setup 6.6.0; supports i386, amd64, and arm64)
For Windows XP, 2003, and Vista, download SetupRomPropertiesXP-2.7.exe. (Inno Setup 5.6.1; supports i386 and amd64)

To add the PPA and install rom-properties, execute the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gerbilsoft/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install rom-properties-all
This will install all rom-properties frontends and executables. Individual frontends can be installed by selecting the relevant rom-properties-* package.
