RPCS3 Git (2026/02/11) is an open-source PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger developed in C++ for Windows and Linux. Since its inception in 2011, it has evolved to support modern DirectX 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL renderers, enabling it to boot and play many commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Ongoing development aims to improve compatibility further. Recent updates include improvements for macOS, ARM64 feature detection, adjustments in Qt for color handling, fixes for duplicate ANSI highlighters, and corrections to input guard button offsets. Since its inception in early 2011, the emulator has advanced significantly and now supports contemporary DirectX 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL renderers. It can boot and play a substantial number of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples, with many more titles becoming playable due to ongoing development by contributors.

* macOS: Added fallback check for hw.optional.neon
* ARM64: Detect certain ARM features and communicate their presence to LLVM via attributes
* Qt: Adjust ANSI colors according to the background color
* Qt: Fixed creation of duplicate ANSI highlighters
* input: Corrected input guard button offsets for closing native overlays
