RPCS3 Git (2025/10/01) is an open-source emulator and debugger for the Sony PlayStation 3, developed in C++ for Windows and Linux since early 2011. It supports modern graphics APIs like DirectX 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL, enabling it to boot and run many commercial games along with PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Recent updates include a version bump to 0.0.38 and various UI fixes and enhancements, such as styling improvements for QScrollbar and QCheckBox, and updates to the cubeb library and Qt to version 6.9.3. The emulator continues to improve with ongoing contributions.
