ShadPS4 Preliminary Report (February 4, 2026)

ShadPS4 Pre (2026/02/04) is an early PS4 emulator for Windows and Linux, developed in C++. The latest changes include various miscellaneous fixes (issue #3993) and a correction to prevent the posix_pthread_mutexattr_settype function from setting invalid mutex types (issue #3991).
