ShadPS4 Preliminary Version (March 25, 2026)

ShadPS4 Pre (2026/03/25) is an early PS4 emulator for Windows and Linux, developed in C++. Recent updates include the introduction of a testing suite using Google Test, a fix for the Vblank frequency setting, and improved UTF-8 encoding for paths.
