Snes9x Git (2026/03/22) has been compiled. Snes9x is an open-source, portable Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It enables users to enjoy a vast majority of games originally created for the SNES and Super Famicom on their PC or workstation, including numerous titles that were exclusively launched in Japan. The development of Snes9x has involved over three years of dedicated hacking, coding, debugging, and more (the divorce part is just a joke). Snes9x is written in C++, featuring three assembler CPU emulation cores in the i386 Linux and Windows versions.
