Ymir Git (2026/03/08) is a work-in-progress Sega Saturn emulator with several features, including support for loading games from various file formats (BIN+CUE, IMG+CCD, MDF+MDS, ISO) and automatic IPL ROM detection. It allows up to two players with customizable keybindings and features backup RAM management, save states, and rewinding. The emulator includes a frame stepping option and an integrated memory manager for save transfers. Recent updates in the changelog address documentation improvements and a bug fix for transparent sprite pixels. The emulator continues to develop with more functionalities planned for future releases.
