Ares Git changelog:
* ld: Resolved a potential out-of-bounds memory access in some video modes
* ld: Corrected image hold to force a new frame to be latched when one is already in the buffer
* n64: Fixed PIF HLE concerning RX flag clearing
* m68000: Amended write ordering in MOVEM.L with indirect pre-decrement addressing
* pc-engine-ld: Identified and inserted a BIOS HuCard when a CD-ROM requiring it is loaded.
* pc-engine-ld: Utilized internal BIOS instead of improperly mounting the LD BIOS in the HuCard slot.
* pc-engine-cd: Clarified that ‘arcade card’ and ‘system card 3.0’ refer to the same BIOS ROM.
