Fixes: issues with trimmed ROMs
Two fixes:
Igir was not accurately matching the padded CRC32s of trimmed ROMs.
Writing trimmed ROMs would retry when the igir test was invoked.
A big thanks to @d0k3 for all the assistance with trimmed ROMs!
