Adventure Island

ABOUT THE ORIGINAL GAME

Master Higgins may look at home in little more than a grass skirt and cap under the palm trees of the South Pacific, but when the Evil Witch Doctor snatches his beloved Tina, this humble hero springs into action. Scour lush jungles, treacherous caves, and sun-drenched beaches as you arm Higgins with powerful throwing axes, sizzling fireballs, and even a trusty skateboard that transforms him into a lightning-fast force, until he takes a hit and must regroup. Every rescue quest brims with charm and challenge as you race against time to save Tina from her wicked captor.
Dive into side-scrolling adventure where every jump, smash, and food pickup counts. Crack open oversized eggs to reveal life-saving power-ups, hop on your skateboard for a blistering speed boost, and keep a sharp eye on your hunger meter, if it runs dry, the mission ends. Face menacing minibosses at each stage’s finish line, and prepare for the ultimate showdown with the sinister Witch Doctor himself. Delivering nonstop thrills and nostalgic appeal, this classic platformer is the perfect addition to any gamer’s collection.
