StarPSX Version 0.3.2

StarPSX v0.3.2, a free and open-source PlayStation 1 emulator written in Rust, has been released. It’s still a work in progress and not yet suitable for playing games. The latest update addresses a bug related to display start x. Users can download the new version from the provided source.
