StarPSX v0.4.4, a free and open-source PlayStation 1 emulator developed in Rust, has been released. This emulator is still a work in progress and is not yet suitable for playing games. The latest update includes a default fallback sampling rate. Users can download StarPSX v0.4.4 and access its source.
