StarPSX Version 0.7.0

StarPSX v0.7.0 has been released as a free and open-source PlayStation 1 emulator developed in Rust. While still a work in progress and not ready for playing games, the latest update includes the implementation of MDEC, enabling the playback of cutscenes and movies.
