Wine v10.16 has been released, enabling Unix-like operating systems to run x86 Windows applications. This version introduces fast synchronization support with NTSync and adds 16-bit app support in a new WoW64 mode. It also provides initial support for D3DKMT objects and includes the generation and installation of WinMD files. Numerous bug fixes have been implemented.
