Red Viper v1.3.1, a Virtual Boy emulator for the Nintendo 3DS, builds on mrdanielps’s r3Ddragon, which is based on Reality Boy. Featuring a dynamic recompiler and a hardware-accelerated renderer, it aims for high performance on the 3DS. This update introduces compatibility fixes for Zero Racers and Red Alarm, though performance for these games is inconsistent on the old 3DS model but stable on New 3DS. The update also addresses wireframe layering issues and title screen animation in Zero Racers, along with minor performance enhancements in Test Chamber. Users are encouraged to support Nintendo by playing these games on Switch.
