MedGui Reborn v0.127 has been released, offering an updated interface for Mednafen on Windows. Key updates include a fix for crashes in the cheat manager, improved error handling, and streamlined cheat imports into the MedGuiR cheat folder. The release also adds the Saturn v1.01a region-free BIOS to the compatible list, modifies the webclient header to resolve download issues, eliminates the cmd popup in Windows 11, and corrects a 403 web exception error.
