Project64 Git (2026/04/21) is an updated version of Project64, a proprietary Nintendo 64 emulator for Windows that uses a plug-in system for customization by third-party developers. It enables users to play Nintendo 64 games via ROM images from cartridges or homebrew creations. Initially developed by Jabo and zilmar as a programming exercise, it has since become open source. The latest changelog includes various updates to RecompilerOps for enhanced functionality. Project64 is also available for Android. Download options for both versions are provided.
