RPCS3 Git (2026/05/27) is a compiled version of the open-source PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger designed for Windows and Linux, developed since 2011. It supports DirectX 12, Vulkan, and OpenGL, allowing many commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples to be booted and played. Ongoing development by community contributors continues to increase playable titles. Recent changes include improvements to SPU LLVM and PPU/SPU LLVM, enhancing register scavenging and utilizing ARM shuffles in recompilers. The emulator is available for download in x64 format.
