ShadPS4 Pre (2026/04/27) is an early PS4 emulator for Windows and Linux developed in C++. The latest update includes several improvements: it implements case-insensitive search for mods on GNU/Linux and macOS, fixes a crash in big picture mode on certain compiled builds, and optimizes the recompiler by checking for inline buffer existence using num_records.
