StarPSX Version 0.5.1

StarPSX v0.5.1 is a free, open-source PlayStation 1 emulator developed in Rust. Currently, it is still a work in progress and not yet suitable for gaming. The latest update includes a movable keybinds window and ensures configuration files are saved in the appropriate operating system directory.
