Vita3K Repository Update (May 28, 2026)

Vita3K Git (2026/05/28) is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator compatible with Windows, Linux, and macOS. It can currently run some homebrew programs in .vpk format, but no commercial games are yet playable. Recent updates include changes to CMake, the inclusion of README and COPYING.txt files, enhancements to the kernel module sysmodule, and improvements in string handling within the utility functions.
