Ymir Git (2026/05/01) is a newly released Sega Saturn emulator in progress. Key features include support for various game file formats (BIN+CUE, IMG+CCD, MDF+MDS, ISO), automatic IPL ROM detection, region switching, and dual-player capability with customizable keybindings. It offers backup RAM and DRAM cartridge support, an integrated memory manager, save states, and rewinding. Supports up to two players using standard Control Pads on both ports (more features coming)

Integrated memory manager for importing and exporting saves and transferring between internal and cartridge RAM
Save states
Rewinding capability (up to one minute at 60 fps), turbo speed, frame stepping (both forwards and backwards)
