Azahar Git (2026/08/24) is a newly compiled open-source 3DS emulator based on Citra. The changelog highlights several updates: signal handling for the nwm:uds was moved to the emulation thread, a more detailed exception handler was implemented, and some minor tweaks were made to externals/cmake-modules. Additionally, the libretro project updated the Android NDK to version 29, and a fix was applied for the Expand to Cutout Area setting that was malfunctioning since the Android 17 API migration.
