Citron-NEO Git (2026/04/22) has been released as a minimalistic version of the yuzu emulator. Key updates in the changelog include fixes for audio volume control, a parsing issue in the external content directory, excessive mip levels handling, and disabling configuration during loading screens. Notable enhancements involve the removal of the Updater Manager and Autoloader, as well as ensuring correct selection between debug and release builds of ffmpeg. Additionally, default rendering quality is set to NORMAL and the update channel to NIGHTLY, along with adjustments for touchscreen use in QLaunch.
