Coffee GB v2.0.4, a Gameboy Color emulator developed in Java and Kotlin, now includes full GB and GBC support, partial Super Gameboy emulation, and cycle-exact CPU emulation. The update enhances on-screen menus and save-state feedback, restores Windows MSI packaging, and improves the Super Color 26-in-1 multicart selection protocol. Native packages were validated for various operating systems, including Linux and macOS. Key features added include rollback-based netplay, battery saves, zipped ROM support, and compatibility tests. Notable fixes include support for gamepads and UI enhancements. MacOS users need a compatible SDL2 setup for game controller functionality.
