DOSBox-Staging Git (2026/06/11) aims to modernize the DOSBox project by implementing current development practices, fixing issues, and adding features for improved compatibility with today’s systems. This version defaults the MediaId to HardDisk, aligning it with the original codebase. Updates and patches are also sent upstream. The x64 version is available for download, along with the source code.
