GB Enhanced+ v1.10 is an experimental GBA emulator and successor to the original GBE project, designed for high portability using C++ and SDL. This version includes enhancements such as support for the Wave Scanner, Wantame Card Scanner, unreleased Vaus Controller, and WorkBoy. It also supports sending Nectaris maps, file fragmentation for AM3 SmartMedia cards, and adds stereo support for the GBA core. Networking has been revamped, allowing easier disconnections, and save states are now versioned with timestamps displayed in the GUI. The Qt interface now shows FPS in the titlebar. GB Enhanced+ v1.10 has been released. GBE+ is an experimental GBA emulator and is intended to be the successor to the original GBE project. The Game Boy Enhanced (commonly known as GBE) aims to function as a complete Game Boy emulator. The objective is to develop a highly portable emulator using C++ and SDL, clearly document the Game Boy’s functionalities through exemplary code, and integrate as many enhancements (such as scaling filters, cheats, and custom sprites) as feasible.

Introduced support for the Wave Scanner, enabling usage with Ryuusei no Rockman on the DS.
Implemented support for the Wantame Card Scanner, compatible with Wantame Music Channel: Doko Demo Style.
Added support for the unreleased Vaus Controller, allowing joystick use to control the paddle in Alleyway on the Game Boy.
Included support for the unreleased WorkBoy, enabling QWERTY keyboard emulation for the WorkBoy’s keyboard.
Enabled support for sending and receiving Nectaris maps, achieving 100% GB KISS support.
Integrated support for the Bayer Didget, primarily a clone of the Glucoboy, tailored for the NDS.
Established support for file fragmentation when running dumps of AM3 SmartMedia cards.
Added stereo support in the GBA core.
Completely revamped networking in the DMG/GBC and Pokemon Mini cores for smoother disconnects and resets (without segfaults!).
Save States are now versioned, with GBE+ refusing to load incompatible versions. States from version 1.9 and earlier will not function, so it is recommended to boot from a .sav file and create new states for version 1.10.
Save States now include Time & Date metadata in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, allowing GBE+ to display this in the GUI, so you can track when you last used each save state.
The Qt GUI now shows FPS in the titlebar.
