Capstone Software

Capstone Software was a Miami-area video game publisher and development label that operated as a subsidiary of IntraCorp from the late 1980s until the company folded in 1996. Working through the early-to-mid 1990s, it released a mix of licensed tie-ins and original PC projects, including casino and chess products alongside Build-engine first-person titles such as Witchaven and William Shatner’s TekWar. Notable releases associated with the label include the Trump Castle series and Grandmaster Chess; many of its DOS-era catalog entries date from roughly 1988–1995. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, cover DOS, Windows, Amiga, Commodore 64, Amiga CD32, Atari ST, FM Towns, and Nintendo DSi.
