Cryo Interactive Entertainment

Cryo Interactive Entertainment was a Paris-based French game developer and publisher founded in 1990, with roots as a developer group named Cryo in 1989. Philippe Ulrich is listed among the company’s key people. During the 1990s Cryo produced and published visually driven adventure and “cultural” titles, including Dune (1992) and the Versailles historical adventure, and released a broad catalogue across PC and console formats. The company is credited on many 1990s European releases and maintained partnerships with museums and cultural institutions for historically themed projects.
