Elite Systems Ltd.

Founded in England in 1984 after operating briefly as Richard Wilcox Software, Elite Systems Ltd. built a business publishing and developing games for the Sinclair Spectrum and Commodore 64. Co-founded by Brian Wilcox with his son Stephen (company site records the 1984 incorporation), the firm released Kokotoni Wilf early in its life and later published licensed arcade conversions such as Paperboy and home-computer ports of properties like Airwolf and Commando. Its operations were based in the West Midlands and it expanded into console and mobile work in later decades.
