This batch of handheld simulations ranges from careful daily routines to brisk rounds of risk, planning, and route management. The common thread is a fondness for systems that make a small decision matter a few turns later.

Boku wa Kōkū Kanseikan

In airport control under pressure, aircraft must be assigned to take off, land, taxi, or reach the hangar while arrivals and departures keep coming. Snow clearing, maintenance calls, and changing conditions turn the four airport settings into busy scheduling puzzles.

Creatures

raising Norns begins with six eggs and lets their inhabitants learn about food, objects, speech, and one another. Their inherited traits and changing behaviour put the focus on watching a population develop over generations.

Deal or No Deal

In briefcase odds, each round removes more cash values before the banker makes an offer on the case you kept. Vault Game, High Low, and two-player variations give the familiar case-picking format a few different ways to test a table’s nerve.

Dice de Chocobo

Chocobo’s crystal economy makes each board a race to build a required crystal total and return to the starting panel. Buying creatures raises the value of spaces, so compare an early purchase against saving crystals for the next useful stop.

Dogz

daily life with a puppy combines feeding, grooming, walks, competitions, and visits with other dogs around the neighbourhood. Which part sounds more appealing for a handheld pet game: training for agility events or collecting decorations for the home?

F-14 Tomcat

F-14 mission planning, the campaign mixes dogfights, ground attacks, interceptions, and mission briefings around a conflict involving China and Taiwan. Landing practice on a carrier deck or ground runway adds a more measured exercise beside the combat sorties.

Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

a year in Mineral Town, seasonal crops, livestock care, tool upgrades, and limited daily energy set the rhythm of rebuilding a neglected farm. Festivals, gifts, friendships, and romance give the village as much presence as the fields.

Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town

the heroine’s Mineral Town farm retells the Mineral Town routine from a young woman’s perspective, with crops, animals, village events, and relationships with eligible bachelors. Put its farm alongside Friends of Mineral Town: would you choose a different courtship route, or run the same profitable crop plan?

Horsez

running a busy stable puts feeding, grooming, breeding, riding lessons, and tournament preparation on the same stable schedule. Leisure rides through beaches, forests, meadows, and town sit alongside the work of training horses and pupils.

Of these simulations, which routine would you most enjoy optimizing: a Mineral Town morning, an airport departure board, a stable’s training schedule, or a risky Deal or No Deal round?
