Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo (often abbreviated KCET or Konami-TYO) was Konami’s Tokyo-based internal development studio formed during Konami’s mid‑1990s reorganization of its development divisions. Active from the mid‑1990s into the 2000s and headquartered in Tokyo, the studio housed teams such as Team Silent and worked on series including early Silent Hill entries and numerous Tokimeki Memorial and Dance Dance Revolution related projects attributed to Konami’s Tokyo groups. It operated as one of several KCE subsidiaries created by Konami before later corporate consolidations moved development under Konami’s broader digital entertainment structure.
