The latest changelog includes the addition of new games in d_nes, syncing updates for d_kaneko16.cpp, d_gaelco.cpp, and d_taitob.cpp, and conditional modifications in d_taitob. Additionally, new drivers were introduced, and four Spectar bootlegs were added in d_exidy. The update also features enhancements for the outrunm driver.
