Acer TWP Corp

Acer TWP Corp (also TWP Corporation; Chinese: 第三波資訊), formed by Acer in 1983 as a software and publishing arm and later renamed in the 1990s, operated from Taipei and maintained regional subsidiaries in Greater China. Active through the 1990s and early 2000s, it released and distributed PC and console titles in Taiwan and mainland China — examples in Retro Replay’s hints include Mega Man/Rockman strategy releases, Langrisser I & II reissues, and local editions of Romance of the Three Kingdoms entries. The company was folded back into Acer’s group structures in the 2000s. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as Windows, PlayStation, Dreamcast, PS Vita, PSP, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, DOS, Nintendo 64, and PlayStation 4.
