Adventure International

Adventure International was founded in 1979 in Longwood, Florida by Scott Adams with co-founder Alexis Adams and grew from Adams’ early text adventures into a small publisher of microcomputer interactive fiction and later simple graphic adventures in the early 1980s. The company released the original Adventure (Adventureland) series and licensed the Marvel-based Questprobe titles; it also spawned a separate UK branch, Adventure International UK, that handled British ports and releases. Key figures include Scott Adams; many early Adventureland-era and SAGA-era titles remain associated with the imprint.
