Gathering of Developers, Inc.

Gathering of Developers, Inc. was an independent-minded PC and console publisher founded in January 1998 and initially based in Dallas, Texas. Founders Mike Wilson and Harry Miller launched the label to work directly with development teams; the company published strategy and simulation hits such as Age of Wonders (and later Age of Wonders: Trilogy), the flight series Fly! and Fly! II, and releases tied to Rune and Mafia among others. Take-Two Interactive acquired Gathering in 1999–2000; the original Texas operation and its founders departed in August 2001 while the Gathering brand continued under Take-Two through 2004. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as Windows, PlayStation 2, PlayStation, Xbox, Dreamcast, DOS, GameCube, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Xbox 360.
