Konami Corporation
Konami Corporation began in Osaka in 1969 when Kagemasa Kozuki founded a business that evolved from jukebox rental and amusement machines into a video game company. During the 1980s and 1990s it expanded internationally and created home-console and arcade series such as Tokimeki Memorial, the Bishi Bashi party games, and the International Superstar Soccer franchise. In a corporate restructuring Konami’s Japanese game operations were placed under Konami Digital Entertainment on March 30, 2006; regional publishing and subsidiary names have varied across Europe, North America and Japan. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as PlayStation 2, Game Boy Advance, Windows, PlayStation, Xbox, GameCube, PlayStation 3, PSP, Arcade, and Amiga.
