In case you missed it: Amiga journeys from dungeon corridors to the driver’s seat
This Amiga batch moves between first-person labyrinths, sprawling role-playing worlds, and a few determined detours into racing and board-game tactics.
Abandoned Places 2
In Kalynthia’s second expedition, a four-person party heads after Pendugmalhe through real-time, first-person dungeon combat. Villages break up the delving with supplies and clues, while outdoor encounters put bears and other threats beyond the corridors.
Abandoned Places: A Time for Heroes
In the first Kalynthia quest, the party crosses a top-down overworld before the action shifts into first-person dungeon passages. Town visits use icon-based stops for healing, guidance, and shopping, while attacks and spells pause behind cooldowns.
Alien Fires: 2199 AD
In the Time Lord’s pursuit, a Time Lord pursues Dr. Samuel Kurtz, whose destination is the dawn of time. The source describes seven starting skills, including Fighting, Diplomacy, Tracking, and Quickness; which build would you take into that chase?
Alternate Reality: The City
In the alien city mystery, an abducted character wakes in a city altered by alien hands and begins piecing together what happened. First-person travel, turn-based encounters, jobs, shops, and choices around bribery or trickery give the streets plenty of directions to test.
Ambermoon
In Lyramion after the red moon, the hero gathers companions across Lyramion after a warning from an aging predecessor. Its colorful overhead travel gives way to textured first-person dungeons, and turn-based battles can involve a party of six.
Amberstar
In the search for Amberstar fragments, a lone adventurer from Twinlake seeks thirteen pieces of an artifact before Marmion can free Lord Tarbos. Cities and dungeons switch into first-person views, while guilds can shape companions into roles from paladin to thief.
Antares
In the stranded Kyrion mission, six specialists are chosen from twelve candidates after a rescue party crashes on Kyrion. Food, sleep, six inventory slots per character, and turn-based encounters make every push away from the landing module a calculation.
Battleship
In the four-way fleet placement, ship pieces can be rotated to four angles rather than placed only across or down a grid. Salvo Fire grants shots according to surviving ships, so a match can begin with broad searching fire before narrowing onto a hull.
Big Run
In the six-stage Dakar run, a two-gear rally car races the clock across six stages spanning countryside and desert terrain. The single continue preserves position while restoring time, inviting a direct comparison: does that make a difficult stage more tempting to learn or too forgiving?
Bill Elliott’s NASCAR Challenge
In the cockpit stock-car races, cockpit-view stock-car races visit six circuits, including Talladega and Watkins Glen. Practice sessions allow adjustments to the car, and VCR-style replay controls let you revisit a close pass or a costly collision.
Which of these Amiga trips do you most associate with discovery: mapping Kyrion’s hazards, probing Lyramion’s dungeons, or learning a racing circuit one corner at a time?
“Yes,there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run, there's still time to change the road you're on.”
