Telenet Japan Co., Ltd.

Telenet Japan Co., Ltd. was a Japanese video game and software developer and publisher founded in October 1983 and based in Japan. During the 1980s and 1990s it released action and RPG titles for Japanese PCs and console formats; notable series and releases associated with its teams include Valis, the Xak I・II releases, Granada, Vapor Trail and Death Bringer. Internal development divisions included Laser Soft (created to explore CD-ROM titles) and Riot (a development team that later folded back into the company). Founder Kazuyuki Fukushima is identified as the company’s founder. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as Genesis, TurboGrafx CD, Windows, Nintendo Switch, MSX, SNES, Arcade, SEGA CD, NES, and PlayStation 3.
