Davilex Games B.V.

Davilex Games B.V. was a Dutch developer and publisher active from the late 1980s through the mid-2000s, based in Houten (Utrecht) and operating under the Davilex/Davilex Software umbrella. Founded in 1986 by David Brons and Lex van Oorspronk, the studio moved from utility software into low-price PC and console games during the 1990s and early 2000s. It is closely associated with a string of budget racing titles—A2 Racer, the Autobahn/Autobahn Raser releases, Taxi Raser and several London/urban racer entries—and with licensed tie‑ins and action titles appearing on Windows and PlayStation 2. The company ceased regular game activity in the mid‑2000s. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, cover Windows, PlayStation 2, PlayStation, and Xbox.
