Eidos Interactive Limited

Eidos Interactive Limited was a British video game publisher based in Wimbledon, London, that operated across the 1990s and 2000s. The company traces its lineage to Domark (founded by Mark Strachan and Dominic Wheatley), which merged into the Eidos group; Ian Livingstone served as a senior executive at the Eidos parent. During its independent period Eidos published major franchises including Deus Ex and Championship Manager alongside Tomb Raider-era releases. The firm became part of the wider Eidos corporate group and was merged into Square Enix’s European operations in 2009.
