Infogrames Interactive, Inc.

Infogrames Interactive, Inc. was the U.S. publishing unit formed when French publisher Infogrames acquired Hasbro Interactive and rebranded it in early 2001. Based in Beverly, Massachusetts, it operated in the early 2000s as Infogrames’ North American arm for children’s and licensed entertainment, continuing releases drawn from Hasbro’s properties and other casual/preschool lines. Corporate filings show the unit was later merged and renamed Atari Interactive as Infogrames reorganized its U.S. publishing in 2003.
