Hasbro Interactive, Inc.

Hasbro Interactive, Inc. was the video game publishing arm created by Hasbro in late 1995 and based in the United States. Active through the late 1990s, it acquired and published licensed board- and family‑game conversions and picked up several studios and brands, including the Atari name in 1998. Key corporate events include Hasbro’s sale of most Hasbro Interactive business units to Infogrames (completed January 2001), after which the U.S. operation was folded into Infogrames/Atari entities. Releases from this period include branded titles such as Scrabble and Risk among others attributed to the U.S. publisher.
