Jaleco Ltd.
Jaleco Ltd. began life in Japan as Japan Leisure Company and adopted the shortened name Jaleco in the early 1980s. Active from the 1980s through the 2000s as an arcade and home-console publisher and developer based in Tokyo/Osaka, the company was founded by Yoshiaki Kanazawa and operated both a Japanese parent and separate U.S. branches (Jaleco USA and later Jaleco Entertainment). Its catalog includes arcade and console titles such as Bases Loaded, The Ignition Factor, Ninja Jajamaru-kun, and Avenging Spirit, with corporate changes and transfers occurring in the 2000s during PCCW and later restructurings. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as NES, Nintendo Switch, Arcade, MSX, SNES, Commodore 64, PlayStation 4, Wii, Wii U, and Windows.
