Microïds

Founded in France in 1985 by Élliot Grassiano, Microïds began as a development studio that expanded into publishing and international branches during the 1990s, including operations in Canada, the UK and Italy. The original company operated through the 1980s–2000s; its assets were acquired by Anuman in late 2009 and the group later adopted the simplified Microids spelling. Key people and credited releases include Élliot Grassiano as founder and adventure and sports titles such as Super Ski and the 2007 Windows adventure Sinking Island among its catalog. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as Windows, DOS, Atari ST, Amiga, Amstrad CPC, PlayStation, Commodore 64, Game Boy Color, PlayStation 2, and Xbox.
