Square Enix Ltd

Square Enix Ltd is the London-based European and PAL-region publishing arm of the Square Enix group. Renamed and reorganized under the group during the 2000s, it handles localization, publishing, distribution and licensing for Square Enix and related brands across Europe. Corporate histories show the Europe arm was created from the group’s regional subsidiaries (name changes around 2004) and later operated alongside other regional entities. In Europe it released and distributed many franchise entries—examples include European publishing editions of Valkyrie Profile titles, Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest IV and V, The Last Remnant and Final Fantasy XI packs. The game entries below, including versions and later rereleases grouped in this archive, span systems such as Nintendo DS, PlayStation 2, Windows, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 3, SNES, PS Vita, and Arcade.
