This batch runs from futuristic ball-chasing to measured club selection, with the Atlanta Olympics appearing in both multi-event and football form.

BattleSport

In futuristic arena contest, armed vehicles fight for possession of a ricocheting ball and try to put it through the opposing goal before time runs out. Rockets, nets, and other attacks sit alongside the passing-and-scoring scramble, giving its matches a rougher edge than a conventional sports game.

Foes of Ali

Ali-era boxing roster puts Muhammad Ali alongside George Chuvalo, Henry Cooper, Joe Frazier, Sonny Liston, Ken Norton, Leon Spinks, Chuck Wepner, Bob Foster, and Jimmy Ellis. Exhibition bouts, an eight-man tournament, and a career sequence of Ali fights share space with bruising, blood effects, clinches, and a choice of camera angles.

Jammit

streetball matches offers one-on-one games, team contests, and round-robin tournaments built around quick basketball action. Its wagering option and local multiplayer invite a direct comparison: does the extra stake make a short head-to-head game more tense than a standard pickup match?

Olympic Games: Atlanta 1996

Atlanta multi-event program collects 15 disciplines, including track races, swimming, throwing events, jumps, fencing, shooting, weightlifting, and archery. Up to eight competitors can take turns through arcade challenges or an Olympic tournament, with Alan Green commentary accompanying the action.

Olympic Soccer

Atlanta football tournament fields 33 national sides across exhibition matches, a 32-team arcade knockout, a 16-team Olympic bracket, and leagues for three to 16 competitors. Match length, draw rules, wind, and grass bumpiness are adjustable, while the game uses five Atlanta venues.

Pebble Beach Golf Links

In Pebble Beach round, as many as six players can rotate through tournament, stroke, skins, and match play on the Pebble Beach course. Craig Stadler supplies commentary and tips, and the game also tracks handicaps, records, and player statistics.

PGA Tour Golf 486

486-era PGA round is the PC golf entry in this group, using a three-click swing and courses including TPC at Summerlin, River Highlands, and Sawgrass. Nine digitized professionals, 55 tournament opponents, and sudden-death playoffs give its 1994 season a different rhythm from the 3DO selections.

Which would make the better retro sports evening: an eight-player Atlanta event rotation, a full Olympic Soccer bracket, or a hot-seat Pebble Beach round?
