The selection has a useful sense of purpose. UAZ-451, UAZ-469, UAZ-452D, and UAZ-469B are not just a pile of unrelated cars; they keep the pack anchored to a particular manufacturer and decade. That historical specificity is the point, and it gives the add-on more character than a generic bundle of extra vehicles would have.

Frustration can set in if you expect new modes, a broader campaign, or a fundamental shake-up. This is a player-unit add-on, and the payoff is directly tied to the satisfaction you get from having more period UAZs available. This add-on’s story is its subject matter: a return to the UAZ vehicles of the 1970s. The title is admirably direct about what it wants to celebrate, and the vehicle list follows through on that promise.

That makes it a piece for people who enjoy automotive history as much as extra selection. The UAZ-469 and its related variants give the pack a recognizable center, while the 451 and 452D help it feel like a broader snapshot of the marque.

There is no need for grand framing when the theme is this clear. The pack earns its place by committing to one era and one family of vehicles instead of diluting the idea.

Legendarnye vnedorozhniki SSSR is a modest but well-targeted add-on. It knows exactly who it is for: someone already invested in Polnyj privod 2: UAZ and eager to spend more time with 1970s UAZ machinery.

Its strongest quality is restraint. Sixteen new vehicles is a meaningful roster increase for a specialist pack, and the decade-specific focus gives the purchase a clearer identity than a grab bag of unrelated additions.

For everyone else, the limited scope makes it hard to recommend on name recognition alone. For the right UAZ fan, though, this is an easy extra: more of the vehicles you came for, chosen with enough historical focus to feel deliberate.
